Furry Finds – Return & Refund Policy
At Furry Finds, we’re committed to delivering quality pet accessories and products that make your pet’s life better. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right — simply, fairly, and transparently.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Return & Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order.
If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, the customer may request a return after receiving the order, subject to our return policy.
Return Shipping Fee
If the return is caused by the customer, such as change of mind, incorrect size/style selection, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The exact shipping cost depends on the courier or logistics company selected by the customer.
If the return is due to our reason, such as a damaged item, defective product, incorrect item, or missing product, the customer will not be required to pay the return shipping fee.

- The item is defective
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was delivered

Once your return is received and approved:
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days (depending on provider)
